Our experienced staff are professional and courteous at all times. Vision & Leadership
Emil Moskowitz, Founder and President of Cal Inspection Bureau, was born and raised in the City of Los Angeles. He completed his Bachelor of Arts at U.C.L.A. before moving on to Loyola Law School where he earned a law degree. He started Cal Inspection Bureau in 1988.
The company began with Emil performing and preparing all of the inspections himself in his one bedroom apartment. Through his leadership and vision, the company has expanded to cover the entire United States, performing both inspections and premium audits.
Cal Inspection Bureau was the first Inspection/Audit company to become a member of NAPSLO. Emil is very proud to be the first vendor ever elected to serve on the Board of Directors of CIWA (California Insurance Wholesalers Association) and he is also active in several other insurance related organizations such as WSIA, TSLA and ARCO.
